Anett sings the Countess in Le nozze di Figaro in Salzburg
This summer, Anett Fritsch will return to the Salzburg Festival as the Countess Almaviva, in a new production of Mozart’s Le nozze di Figaro. Ms. Fritsch is joined by a spectacular group of colleagues for this ever-popular work, including Luca Pisaroni as Count Almaviva, Martina Janková as Susanna, Adam Plachetka as Figaro, and Margarita Gritskova as Cherubino. Sven-Eric Bechtolf will direct the production, which also features the Vienna Philharmonic and Vienna State Opera Choir, led by Dan Ettinger. Performances begin on July 28, and continue on August 2, 5, 9, 12, 15 & 18.
